Tagsafe scaffold inspectors have been appointed as the preferred company to carry out the statutory 7 day scaffold inspection on this conversion project in Uxbridge. The site consists of a former office block undergoing a conversion/refurbishment to become apartments for private sale. This advanced scaffold inspection is to make sure that the special duty multiple lift loading bay has been installed correctly to the design and calculations supplied. The initial scaffold inspection at scaffold handover stage raised some minor issues which the scaffold contractor was quick to rectify to a high standard. There is s designed lifting beam configuration at the 5th floor allowing the electric dolly hoist free movement to manoeuvre materials from the top platform to the building.
